Over worldwide Ale beer is one the best choice among all drink lovers. Most Ale beers are full bodied , fruity style, and bitter in taste. Ale beer is basically obtained by top fermentation method by the help of 'saccharomyees cerevisiae' yeast. Ale is regarded as the best beer which can be well paired with cheese, red meat dishes, grilled dishes, and desserts.
Ale beer types
Brown Ale
Brown ale tends to be like sweet in taste and dark brown in colour . The Brown ale contains an alcoholic content percentage between 3-4% alcohol by volume. You can enjoy the Brown ale with Grilled meat, Vegetables, and Gouda cheese.
Stout
This style of beer is dark in colour and gives the aroma like coffee, chocolate, and caramel. Stout beer is made with a high portion of malt and hops. It contains alcoholic percentage between 5-8 % abv. You can pair your stout with red meat dishes, Cheddar cheese, and red meat grilled dishes.
Scotch Ale

Barley wine is usually contains alcoholic content between 6 - 11 % abv. It's a dark and fruity beer. This beer is often one of the best strongest beers available in the market with higher alcohol content. Barley wine well goes with Desserts, Stilton cheese, and blue cheese.

Porter beer was first developed in Dublin, London In the Eighteenth century . Porter is dark in colour and brewed from charred malt, which gives bitter flavours in taste. It gives the aroma like coffee , chocolate, and little smokiness. Porter can be well paired with blue cheese, chocolate cake, brisket, and bacon.
IPA

IPA (Indian pale ale) is a hoppy flavour beer, having higher alcoholic content. It was developed in England around 1840. IPA is divided in two categories (I) American IPA (II) English IPA . American IPA having more bitterness and crispy hop flavour, English IPA having moderate bitterness and light caramel aroma. It well goes with Indian meat dishes, grilled meat, and desserts.
Mild

Mild beer was first originated in Britain in 17th century. It's a light hopped and sweet in taste. According to the alcoholic strength it's usually contain 3 - 3.5% abv. Mild beer can be well paired with shellfish, lobster, French fries and fried fish.
It's a strong beer, contain alcoholic strength 6-12% abv. Trappist beer is made and supervision vision by Trappist monk in Belgium and Netherlands. It also divided into Four categories ,known as - Enkel, Dubbel, triple, and quadrupel.
